The synthetic bristles are made from the finest PLA fibers. The handle is also crafted from PLA, while the metal component is made from recycled aluminum.
PLA (polylactic acid) is a bioplastic that is both bio-based and biodegradable, produced from natural and renewable resources such as corn and cassava.
