When you make a purchase at zenzshop.com, run by ZENZ Organic Products ApS (hereafter referred to as ZENZ), you simultaneously accept the following terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between you and ZENZ. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before you shop on zenzorganicshop.com
As a customer, it is your responsibility to be up to date with the applicable terms and conditions.
Change of terms and conditions
ZENZ reserves the right to revise and change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changed terms and conditions will not be announced, just updated on this page.
You will be subject to the terms and conditions that apply at the time you order an item from us, unless the change is due to us being required by law or governmental intervention to change our terms. In such cases, previous orders ordered by you will be subject to these updated terms.
Applicable law and venue
Purchase of goods at zenzshop.com is governed by Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Courts of Denmark.

Age limit in connection with shopping at zenzorganicshop.com
To be able to shop at zenzorganicshop.com you must be at least 18 years old. When ordering, you automatically confirm that you are 18 or that you are shopping with your guardian's acceptance.
Open 24 hours a day
www.zenzorganicshop.com is, as far as possible, open for shopping 24 hours a day. There may be interruptions, such as system updates from us or our IT supplier. In principle, this kind of minor interruptions will not be announced.
Long-term system updates will be announced to recipients of the ZENZ Newsletter.
Ordering products
You select the items you want to buy and add it to the virtual "shopping cart" by pressing "add to cart". You can continually correct the contents of the shopping cart, as well as check the contents, and keep an eye on the price of all the selected items. Any extra costs for shipping and debit card fees will first be calculated / added to the total amount immediately before you have to pay.
When you are ready to place your order, click on "go to checkout" and you will be asked to enter your full name, address, e-mail, telephone number, as well as selecting payment and delivery methods.
If you have made a mistake in placing your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail: support@zenzorganicshop.com, and customer service will assist you. Always remember to check your order before approving the payment.
Returns for uncollected packages:
The buyer pays the return cost of 8 euros for uncollected packages. 8 euro will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
Receiving orders
Once you have ordered an item from ZENZ, you will receive a receipt for your order. Please note that a purchase agreement is only binding once you have received confirmation that the order has been accepted and the goods have been shipped
We reserve the right to reject your order. This may be due to the fact that the item is no longer in stock or if your payment has not been completed either due to technical errors or incorrectly entered information etc. ZENZ cannot be held responsible for rejected or canceled orders. Also, no compensation is given for orders that are rejected.
Payment
Payments at zenzshop.com are made using credit cards. You are responsible for the correct credit card information provided.
Credit card information is communicated via zenzorganicshop.com to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Thus, ZENZ does not have access to your debit card information.
Your credit card will not be charged until the goods have been shipped and a confirmation of shipment has been emailed to you.
Reservations are made for out of stock items or stock status errors. If an ordered item is out of stock and therefore cannot be delivered, the item will be deleted from your order and the amount of that item will not be deducted from your credit card.
Payment with Klarna:
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Prices
All prices at zenzshop.com include 25% VAT and are stated in Danish Kroner or Euros. ZENZ may change prices without notice. However, the prices you see at zenzorganicshop.com will be valid at the time of purchase, subject to errors and omissions.
Discount codes
When using discount codes, only one code can be used at a time, unless stated otherwise. It is not possible to apply discount codes to already discounted items, annual subscriptions, discount cards, gift cards, various gift packages, and special offers.
If one forgets to use the discount code when placing an order, the discount cannot be refunded afterwards. However, the discount code can be used for a subsequent order if the deadline has not yet expired.
14 Day right of withdrawal
When shopping on zenzorganicshop.com, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase and then return the item to us.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the following business day. For multiple items ordered in a single order but delivered individually, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.
Please remember that you are required to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. This also applies to the packaging and any information labels on the product. In some cases, if the item has been opened, bacteria may develop, which can reduce its shelf life. If the item’s condition has deteriorated after receipt, a reasonable percentage of the original price will be deducted.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with an unambiguous declaration no later than 14 days after receiving the item. Please notify us by email at: support@zenzorganicshop.com before returning an item.

Complaint
This Purchase is Always Covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act
This purchase is at all times covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including defect rules. Any faults or defects in products delivered from zenzorganicshop.com must be reported no later than 2 months after you have discovered the defect.
It is your responsibility to specify and, upon request, demonstrate how the defect or issue appears. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
In general, you can only complain about defects that appear within 2 years of receiving the product. For products with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited to the specified shelf life at the time of purchase. When possible, the item will be replaced.

Wrongly delivered items
If you have received an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us via email at
support@zenzorganicshop.com. In your email, please provide the order reference number, your name and address, phone number, and details of the product, along with the reason for requesting a return or exchange.
We aim to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. Our response will include guidance on the return process. If we confirm the error, you will either receive a replacement item or a refund of the purchase amount.

Please remember to notify us by email at
support@zenzorganicshop.com before returning the items. When returning an item, ensure it is securely packaged. You are responsible for the item until we receive your return package, so always keep your receipt and tracking number.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you cancel a purchase. We expect you to send the item back as soon as possible after you have notified us of the cancellation. Please remember to send the return package no later than 14 days after you have canceled the purchase.
Note! We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery or packages sent without home delivery, which can only be picked up at a post office/package shop.
Please be aware that there may not always be someone at our address to receive packages. We recommend using Postnord or GLS so we can collect the package at the nearest post office/package shop if we are not available to receive it.
You can also return an item by refusing to accept the delivery. It is a great help if you include comprehensive information with the package—such as a copy of the order confirmation and any prior correspondence, if applicable.
Refund
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it, and if it is in unused and saleable condition, you will be refunded the amount you paid at the time of purchase. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by card, the refund will be returned to the card used for the transaction. According to consumer regulations, the refund must be issued within 14 days of receiving the item, although we always strive to process refunds immediately upon receipt.
Please note that you may lose some or all of the purchase amount if the item’s value has diminished because:

any tags/labels have been fully or partially removed, or if they are missing

the item has been damaged while in your care

you have handled the item in a way that goes beyond what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.
If you have used the item beyond what was necessary to assess its nature, features, and functionality, we reserve the right, based on a specific assessment in each case, to reduce or completely withhold the refund.

In order to shop on www.zenzorganicshop.com you must at least state:

The above data is stored with information on the goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information is deleted.
Information is not disclosed and will not be sold to a third party unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the business. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal policy law applicable at any given time.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of information about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the Danish laws on Personal Information. Inquiry in this regard is addressed to ZENZ via e-mail: support@zenzorganicshop.com.
